Think of a time when you have been a witness to something. Describe in detail the event. Why was it happening? How did it make you feel? Did you do anything in reaction to it?
-When you think about it. I have witnessed a lot because people always put my man in their good problems or bad problems. So I witness to much to say because something new happens today. For example I was walking in the hall eating some skittles. Who ever asked for some I gave them some. So then when I came to class a young boy named lougi came in to my classroom saying"Diamond where are the skittles? You gave Azon some now give me some." So then I had to give him some or else Lougi was not going to leave. -DIAMOND
I remember a time when I witnessed a minor car crash. I was with my older brother in Washington D.C. We had just walked out of the National Aquarium and decided to have lunch. We were sitting just outside of the entrance on the edge of a planter, eating our sandwiches, when we heard the loudest BANG we have ever heard. It was probably louder than the gunshot I heard at Fort Snelling. And it wasn't a long sound like you hear in the movies, it was just one impact, and it was really loud and really jarring. Later we determined that a minivan was backing out of an alley onto the busy street when a car hit its corner. Nobody was seriously hurt. I do wish I could have seen it. I'm not being sadistic or anything, it just would have been interesting. After that, we didn't really know what to do. Nobody was hurt and we had nothing to do with the event, so we just finished our sandwiches and went to the smithsonian.
I witnessed myself eat the cookies from the container yesterday. No one else was looking only I saw. No one has proof. That is how sneaky I am. Like a flash. Not even a second to give people suspicion. I sneaked the cookie and slipped it in my mouth before even the teacher saw. I was the only witness. No one can point fingers at me. I mean how could they?
Ok I know that is not really professional writing up there but I don't care it is my own type of writing like story telling. So if you don't like it guess what. Maybe I should change it :\... Just kidding. If you don't like it oh well. I write for myself and who ever reads is welcome to critique but not expect changes.
A time I witnessed something was when I went to Mexico in 7th grade. We went on a thing called a canopy tour and it was really cool. We went into a jungle and we got to climb a pyramid. Also, we got to go swimming in a cave underground that had a little pond thing. I really wanna do that again because it was a lot of fun. I went to Mexico in 9th grade too but we didn't go on the canopy tour :(
One time I was driving with my dad and I saw a crash happen. There was this car that stopped too late and bumped into the car in front of it. It hit that car hard enough to make it crash into the one in front of it. My reaction when I saw this was "oh shi-" because it was sudden/unexpected. I feel bad for the people involved in that, except for the person who didn't stop in time. I have no clue how something like that would be settled.
I was a witness when my uncle went to jail. The police just busted in with no warning and cuffed my uncle. It happen because my uncle was accused of something that didn't happen mainly because of his wife. I was scared because I thought they were coming for me and that they were going to shoot.
I once witnessed something not to long ago my bro Akil thought his necklace i gave him was suppose to be loose but it really was suppose to be tight around his neck. I witnessed him trying to put it on it was quiet funny.
A time when I was a witness to something is when I was a witness to see my newborn cousin take his first steps. It was last year at my uncle's house. My family and I were in the living room. Every time he tried to get up and start walking his older sister would make him sit back down. So my aunt took her to the park. My uncle was on the other side of the room and telling him "Come on, Ethan, you can do it !". MY little cousin had a big smile on his face, got up, and started to walk (well, he actually ran, but I count it as walking haha). It was adorable.
I witness my sister was arguing and fight with these girls and i was watching. i couldn't do anything because i was 8 years old and watching this and couldn't beat those girls up for doing that. I don't ever want to see that again happening to my sister's, ever. Because now I'm older now and can get in and do something to help.
I remember when i used to hate coming home. 2010 was thee worst year for me, I've witnessed and been around so much violence, so many crimes and people with bad habits. February 8, 2010 was the day my baby sister's dad tried to kill his self in front of us. Us includes my mom, my auntie, my baby sister and myself. He has always been a drunk but that particular night went to far! It was my moms birthday so they went out to celebrate. When they left the house everything was fine but in between 10:30 PM and 3:00 AM somethings went wrong. That was the night i had to physically fight a grown man. It was all out of protection, He was going to choke my baby sister who was on 6 months old at the time. I felt that he was trying to take the only thing i really cared about in life and i was not going to let her go.
I once witness my cats stupidity. We had locked up our cat, because he did something bad. So when I got home I asked my mom if I could let him out, she said I could. So I opened the door of the bathroom and he came flying out (running really fast). He started to run up the stairs, but instead of going up the stairs he ran into the stairs head first. I started laughing really hard, but then I petted my cat to see if he was alright and then he ran up the stairs.
When you witness something it can be in your mind forever. You will never lose that image especially if it was dramatic, like some one dying right in front of you, or something happy, like a birth of a child. It doesn't matter. That memory will last a life time.
I was a witness to my fathers illness, I saw him have a seizure then I watched as he went into a coma for a month, I was also a witness to his strength and I watched him get beck on his feet to kick the world's butt.
At my old school I witnessed many many drug deals, I felt uncomfortable, clearly they didn't notice me, but it doesn't change the fact that I was in that situation. I don't know why it was happening, but I think it's because lot's of teenagers like drugs. haha. I never did anything about it because I knew I'd get KILLED. And it was a lot of different drugs, too. Best thing I did was to keep silent, because if I didn't I would have most certainly been beaten up.
Something that I have witnessed before was I was downtown with friends and out of the blue this girl came walking down the street in these really short shorts. Then, these girls starting talking about her and then just started fighting her. It was sad because she was getting beat up for the clothes she was wearing. I mean yeah she shouldn't have been wearing what she was, but she didn't deserve to get her *** beat.
One day I was sitting in the house watching tv when i heard a big crash. I went outside and there was a big car crash on the corner. They hit a tree so hard that they had to us the jaws of life to get the door open. Later that night it was on the news about what happened and it was a high speed police chase.
One time I was at McDonalds. I was waiting in line. It took forever. I wanted my food fast because I was so hungry I could've eaten everything in the whole place. The person in front of me was taking their time. Their hungry self took an hour long order. The price finally came up and oh my god they paid in all quarters in nickels. At this point I was going to leave and go to jimmy johns because they were doing too much. But I really wanted Mcdonalds so I had to stay. They weren't smart and took a lifetime to count the money and finally paid (which ofcourse they counted wrong). Thankfully they left and I could order in peace.
I saw the whole planet of Heptumnues fall. It was a powerful planet, it's technology no further or behind ours, but during the second war of 4304 I saw a whole planet fall. the suspension of space folded underneath it as we tore it open with dimension needles. Time and space bent and twisted, flipp flopping. The planet's mainframe of gravity fell, then looped into an inverse version of itself. The thunderous roar of starclouds filled th air as the planet snapped in two, and sunk into the broken abyss below it. It flashed briefly bright red, hues of pink and blues exploding into the thin atmosphere around it. At the time I was a corporal in the fleet. I looked out nearly unemotionally as our enemy planet crashed and burned. We had been at war, and even after trying to peacefully stop the war, they continued brutally. I felt a great relief as I watched the fiery planet die. After that, I made myself some tea and drank it while talking to my friends through the intertalkweb.
when i was out of town and one of my cousin friends was stealing from aeropostale and I seen them doing something werid so i was just watching but they didn't get caught so yeah they just walked out the store like nothing even happen. I was thinking in my head that that was a bad choice.
Man.... This one time me and my mom were driving, and right in front of us this lady got hit by a car while she was trying to drive threw a stop light. Her face hit the steering wheel, then the air bag blew up in her face. The windows were all shattered and her car was crushed in. I was shocked, and in my head I was like DAMMMMN!!!!
One day we were going to chicago. We were driving there and while we were driving there i witnessed a car crash. We were on the highway and you either had to go left or right and they went straight down the middle and crashed into it. The car looked like and accordian.
One spring afternoon, I was in my front yard. I was happy because it meant that school was almost over, and soon I would be a 4th grader (which was a big deal.)
I don't remember what I was doing, but I do remember seeing my neighbor Denies falling, and my friend's father doing CPR. I remember just standing their, not knowing what to do. I just stood their frozen on the sidewalk as the ambulance tried to help, but than left.
A time when I was a witness to something is when like I was at the beach and my cousin had, had two tubes stacked on top of each other and the life guard yelled at him for doing that. It was funny to me so I was laughing the whole time. So yeah to react to it I just laughed at my cousin.
I think you witness something new everyday and things lead up to other things so that other things so its like everyday there is something new that happens even when things seem similar to your everyday activities!. I think even when you come to school everyday there is something new when you walk in the hallways and all but yeah that's about it! ;)
